Return a device for a refund


You can return an item you bought from the Glance Clock Store only within 15 calendar days after the day you received it. 

Note: Glance Clock accessories such as stand, cables, clock hands, etc. are not returnable.



Prepare your item for return


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no visible damages.


Please, include the following in your package:

- The box your purchase came in;

- The Glance clock;

- Charging cable, USB power adapter, documentation, and clock hanger. 


Don’t include accessories that didn’t come with the device originally: 

- Glance clock stand;

- 90-degree cable or flat ghost cable;

- Other accessories that didn’t come with the device.


You don’t need to return downloadable software Glance Tech products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



Sent it to us


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


To be sure the device arrives in its original condition, package and ship it using the label and instructions from the Glance Clock Store support email.

If you’re returning multiple items, package and ship each item separately (unless otherwise specified).


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Getting refund


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.We’ll refund the payment method you paid with (minus your original shipping & handling charges and restocking fee if applicable) within 14 business days after Glance Tech receives the device. 


Note: If you haven’t gotten your order yet, you can cancel it.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

- An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.



Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund for sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



Exchange a device


Exchanges aren’t available. Instead, you can return your purchase and use your refund to buy a different item.
